We currently ship within Canada.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control and are estimates only.

Meadows Baby & Kids is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Meadows Baby & Kids is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Meadows Baby & Kids is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. However, please contact us if there is an issue with your delivery and we will do our best to assist you.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers in the area.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving notification that your order is ready.

If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
